Feasting menus are perfect if you are looking for a more informal style of dining for your wedding day. Here are some of our menu suggestions.

Cornish charcuterie, mixed olives, cornichons, pate and crostini

Cornish Crab, smoked salmon pate, prawns with seafood sauce and shredded lettuce and crusty bread

Mixed olives, roasted vegetables, hummus with spiced dukkah and flatbreads

 

The main event………………………..

 

Moroccan spiced shoulder of lamb with herbed couscous, orange and coriander salad, sumac roasted potatoes, yoghurt and coriander dip and flatbreads

Or

Slow cooked beef brisket Yorkshire pudding, rosemary roasted potatoes, glazed carrots and buttered savoy cabbage

Or

Slow cooked pork belly with cider gravy, apple and mustard mash, roasted shallots, glazed carrots and buttered savoy cabbage

Or

Cornish fish pie with minted garden peas, roasted root vegetables and wilted greens

Or

Slow braised chicken with celeriac and lemon, roasted cauliflower and hazelnut salad,  parsley and pearl barley salad, red pepper sauce and flatbreads
